Blue screen of dead - SSD / cable problems (I think)

Dear forums people,

Since yesterday I get the blue screen with the sad face. The problem-code it comes with changes everytime.

I have the feeling it has to do with eighter the SSd or the cable leading to it?

I did several test for my memory and all showed good results saying there were no problems.

My pc:

Intel 6600k
nividia 1070
16 gb corsair ram
nzxt cooler
240 ssd ram
1tb hdd
