I will need a Kernel memory dump to solve these crashes.

Go the Start
Right click My Computer
Select Properties
Click Advanced system settings
Click on the Advanced tab
Select Settings under Startup and Recovery
Then under Write debugging information select Kernel memory dump.

Once a dump is created go to:

Code:
C:\Windows\memory.dmp

Copy the file to the desktop, zip it up and upload it to a file sharing site like Onedrive. After the upload is done post the download link in your next reply.

Thank you in advance lol

not sure how to change the permissions i thought they already were. it says that access is allowed by all

how do i go about updating my BIOS?

also Mcafee is not installed

It looks like a faulty CPU to me, the context of the callstack and the registers have been zeroed, that's never good.

You can try updating your display driver as there are a lot of routines in the raw stack on the unresponsive processor.
If that doesn't help then I'd say your CPU needs replacing.

i thought u said there was nothing in the memory dump

also how do i update my display driver? and what routines do u mean? im sorry im not too good with computers lol
