Blue Screen of Death

hi,
I have recently been getting some BSOD errors on my computer, so far only two have risen and they are IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and the other is System Thread exception. These errors have been a continuous problem for months but I just tried to deal with it best I can as I don't have that much knowledge when it comes to Errors such as this, Any Help would be appreciated.

Cpu: Amd Fx-8350 4.0GHz under clocked at 3.5GHz
Gpu: Asus Gtx 760 2gb ddr5
Psu: Not sure, I know its 850w and not modular
Ram: 8gb ddr3 1600mhz
Motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 Motherboard
Hardrive: 500gb hitatchi
Water cooling: Antec Kuhler 620
Fans: 2 fans
Case: Cit Neptune Midi
Os: Windows 8.1

First thing, you will need to check your memory with memtest. Secondly, for me, some of these BSOD were related to my SSD. Your Hard Drive is maybe failing..

Outside from that, it could be related to drivers and your OS if your hardware is not faulty.

okay, I ran the test for half an hour no errors were found so I think it maybe my hardrive.
