Blue Screen Of Death

Hey!

I can't turn on my computer, because of BSOD, and can't repair.
Even when I insert a DVD with windows to boot, reinstall... and same for bootable USB, nothing helps. I can't even load windows through safe mode.
seems like OS or hard drive is damaged.

What should I do pls???

PC: Asus X54C.

Borrow an HDD from a friend or from other pc and test if the HDD is broken
