I was using my PC then all of a sudden Google crashed while watching Twitch. Then the Blue Screen of Death Appeared and PC automatically restarted; however that did not resolve the problem. I've decided to use a USB drive to reinstall Windows 11 but my computer either keeps booting to the BSOD (while boot drive is installed) or booting to bios if only an empty drive is installed. I can't seem to get my Asus Hero XI to boot from the USB drive although I have played with the bios. Any suggestions?

Put the boot drive in only
Put USB into PC and go into bios
leave boot order as is with ssd showing if it is (or windows boot manager if it uses that)
On the Boot menu in Bios advanced view, pick Boot Override from underneath CSM and Secure boot (might need to scroll down)
pick the USb from the list and PC should restart and boot from it once, and then next time go back to the SSD as usual.
