Blue Screen Pls Help

Hi, I am writing to you because I am having a problem and I do not know what it could be and I would greatly appreciate your help.
This problem started when I tried to overclock my CPU to 3.5ghz, it was working fine for a while but then that blue screen happened and I worried and went back down the overclock from 3.5ghz to 3.4ghz but it still happens and I have no idea it could be.

My pc specs is:
MOBO:Asus P5G415-M LX
RAM: 4GB DDR3 1333 (2x2)
PSU:Sentey SNP550-HS
GPU:Nvidia Gtx 750 2GB GDDR5 (i know bottleneck)
CPU:Intel Pentium Dual Core E5500 2.8ghz (O.C 3.45ghz)

then lower it more. or up your voltage a bit. your system is still unstable at 3.4Ghz. safest way is to reset your CMOS. and do your OC back to square one.

I forgot to say I have a CPU fan thermaltake contac silent 12.
the temperatures are always at 31 ° and when playing they rise to 40-50 ° C
