I am a little bit confused about what services or help that you provide here.
I have recently requested help for a blue screen problem that I currently have.
My message was answered by a menber which I thought was going to help me. after I posted info about my problem, I sent a copy of my blue scrreen and my miniump file.
I never heard back form the person that replied and no other person contacted me, so I am trying again to find an experinced member who will repy to me, I will then post my information.
Another question came about while I was waiting for a respose here it is:
I am told that minidump file will describe what is causing the blue screen but when I ran the minidump address I did not get any description about my problem i only got references to programs that will supposedly tune up my computer.
No mention of what is causing my BSODs.
I am asking this question to see if a member will contact me. I dont want to be waisting my time If I will not be able to get help.
