Blue screen problem!

I am experiencing a blue screen problem withe the error: Inaccesible boot device after the windows 10 updates Kb4041676 and kb4041691. Anyone experiencing the same problem? What can i do?

Well, if the problem says its because of an update, then go into safe mode and remove that update.

When i am trying to boot into safe mode it displays again the blue screen. Also i tried to do a system restore but there aren't any restore points available. And i also tried doing a reset but it displays an error!

Does the blue screen actually say "Inaccesible boot device after the windows 10 updates Kb4041676 and kb4041691" or does the blue screen just say "Inaccesible boot device"? Try testing the hard drive for bad sectors and make sure the power and sata cable are firmly in the hdd or ssd depending on which boot device you have.
