Question Blue screen rx 5600 xt

Sometimes i have blue screen, i bought the rx 5600 xt 3 days ago, and i have the blue screen with the error Video_tdr_failure. I don't know if are the drivers if it's something of the hardware

full system spec? include make and model of the psu
reinstall the gpu driver?
