Question Blue Screen Stop Code ACPI BIOS ERROR on prebuilt PC ?

Hi,
Can someone assist me on this?
I have an HP All-in-One Desktop PC Model 24-DP1065QE
Motherboard Model: DAN14TMB6F0
System Board ID: 87F3
BIOS Version F.47

I want to run a fresh new setup of Windows 11 but I keep on getting a blue screen with
stop code: ACPI BIOS ERROR

The first message I get on power on is: "Manufacturer Programing Mode is in Unlock Mode"
I have updated the bios from F.25 to the latest F.47 yet this could not resolve the issue. I have even changed the both the HDD and the SSD to no avail.

Please I need help.
