Blue Screen When Rendering

My pc constantly bluescreens when i render/encode footage, this seems to only have started happening since i have gotten my gtx 1070 but i'm not sure if this is the issue. I've reinstalled windows twice and have repeatedly reinstalled my graphics drivers but im not sure what could be the issue here. Any help at all is appreciated

Have you tried turning off GPU Rendering in whichever software you are using? I am not sure if any rendering software is compatible with the new series GPU's yet. Which one are you using?

was happening with both sony vegas pro 13 and premiere pro cc 2015. Both are not yet compatible with the new GPUs it seems.

I also got a bluescreen last night just while gaming, thinking it could be a heat issue as my cpu is an amd 8350?
