Question Blue-screen when trying to allocate a drive in Windows 10 installation

My SSD gone bad and I am forced to install windows on my HDD. There is 100Gb unallocated space and when I clicked 'New' to create a drive I got a Bluescreen. Can someone help me?.Thank you very much.

are you saying that on the HDD, you have created a separate partition?
how exactly has your SSD gone bad? What SSD is it?
could be a corrupt installer. Make a fresh one.
