Blue screen with new rams

Hello, i bought new ram 8gb https://patriotmemory.com/product/signature-line-8gb-1333mhz-single-module-2/
Windows starts to load but later im getting blue screen with code :irql_not_less_or_equal. Pc keeps restarting..
(I can enter BIOS)
Windows 10 64-bit
Motherboard : http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H55M-LE/
Can i fix that ?
I cant find timings for this ram :/

did you use only the new ram or others with since system support only up to 8 gig check board user manual for this .

only one 8gb ram.
