Blue screen "Your PC has a problem...."

I was playing the game, when suddenly my PC froze for few secs and then Blue screen "Your PC has a problem...." showed up. After that I can't boot up into Windows 10. Tried to repair, tried to reset, still nothing.
Btw, I got new 2x2GB RAMs(have 4x2GB) two weeks ago. So, I took them out and only left old ones(2x2GB) and now my PC boots up into Windows, but when I want to shut it down, it shows explorer.exe error and overall PC acts strange - can't click on taskbar, tried to go to internet, but Chrome froze, etc.

Specs:
Mobo: MSI P43T-C51
GPU: GTX 660
CPU: Q6600 OC @ 3Ghz
RAM: 4x2GB Kingston

What should I do?

I tried only new RAMs and it boot up into Windows, but after few minutes the same Blue screen showed up. So could it be that my new RAMs are bad?
