Question Blue screen

I updated my motherboard and graphics card. it was recommended i update my bios but apparently thats not the best option to do online. now im experiencing blue screens whenever i try and play R6S and BFV. Does anyone have any ideas on what i can do and how im able to go back to the previous versions of my motherboard and graphics card. ive looked online but havent been able to find an exact step by step process

What do you mean you 'updated your motherboard'? What is the error give on the blue screen?

what exactly you did update bios on both or change for new motherboard and gpu in system .

ive had a few different blue screens. and it was the audio and chipset drivers. last blue screen was unexpected_kernel_mode_trap what failed: nvlddmkm.sys
