Blue screen

my system while working suddenly stop working and comes blue screen and says mini dump or dumping out of memory

Sounds like a Memory or Hard Drive failure. Run diagnostics, like Memtest, to verify what the problem is. Also, if you have more than one Ram stick you could take one out and use your PC with just one at a time to see if the issue still occurs.

Booting to a diagnostic disk is the best way to diagnose if issue is caused by hardware or software.
