The Issue:
So, every so often my computer blue screens. I'd say it happens about 2-3 times a week. It get rather annoying when playing online games where my teams need me. I also get dead pixels, and they are not monitor related. I know they are not monitor related because it happens on both of my monitors and they don't show when I connect my Playstation 4 to my monitor. They also don't appear when I am on the CTRL + ALT + DELETE menu. They mainly show problems in games and when I'm watching YouTube/Livestreams. Here is an example of what it looks like when I'm and watching YouTube (LINK). I have already tried downloading the latest drivers for my graphics and I have opened up my computer case and removed all the dust. The only thing I haven't tried that may work is taking the card out and putting it back in. Honestly though, I'm a little bit scard to do it, afraid I may break something. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Solution
Hmm...it looks like you've overclocked and your memory or core clock is to high. That, or your GPU is either dying (unfortunately), overheating, or has a poor connection and the contacts need to be cleaned. Don't be afraid to take out that card and clean it! It's always good to be comfortable with your computer. If you choose to do so, just ground yourself and go to work!

Solution
There is a several reson what causing your problem.

Your graphic card is overheating (due the much dust in your colling system on graphic card, maybe you overclocked it
or you need to change thermal paste).
Solution: First check temp of your graphic card with latest temperature monitor software.
If temperature of your graphic card is too high then try some of this solutions:

Go to your graphic control panel then all settings put it on default, it will solve the problem if you overclocked
via CCC. If that doesnt work and problem still occur, then try this:
Remove your graphic card properly from your computer, then remove your cooler or heatsink from your graphic card and clean all dust and change thermal paste, then put all piece together and plug in your graphic card and try it.

If this doesnt help you, then i am afraid that your GPU memory is gone bad and your graphic card is dying, and that is
why you have dead pixels and your graphic cards is showing artifacts.
But it is still not so bad since your graphic card only doesnt work properly when you play games and when you plays videos.
Bad things comes when your graphic cards start shows artifacts at bios.

So before we come to any conclusion, try some above advice if problem occur, try put your graphic card in another computer, if problem shows it is GPU memory.

GPU Temperature is averaging about 30 degrees (C) and CPU is from 10 to 30 degrees (C). So basically I just gotta remove the card and clean it.

That's a possibility. If not...your card may be dying...but let's hope it just needs cleaned 😛
