Hey Everyone.

Recently built a new pc.
Specs are as follows
3.4ghz quad core I5
8 gb 1600 ram
128 gb ssd hard drive
1 tb hard drive
geforce 760

Now I am blue screening. They aren't consistent. Sometimes I can go all day long and not blue screen and some days its two to three times a day.

They only seem to happen when I am play a game of some kind. I frequent Star Wars the Old Republic and Battlefield 3 the most. The pc blue screens on both.

Now Swtor and BF3 are on my solid state harddrive with my O/S. I have also played LA Norie and that is on my 1 tb hard drive and I have blue screened.

I have run a ram test and everything checked out fine.
Ran a hard drive test on the solid state everything checked out fine.

I'm out of ideas. Its not an over heating issue as I have 7 fans in the case. Right now typing this CPU is 85 degrees Fahrenheit.

I'm including the most recent memory dump. If I recall correctly the blue screen code is 0x000000124. Now I have read that this is the hardest one to troubleshoot.

Here is a copy of the dump.

I'm looking at my BIOS.

It says

DIMM_A1 G-Skill 8gb 1600
DIMM_A2 empty
DIMM_B1 G-Skill 8gb 1600
DIMM_B2 empty

Now I haven't built a pc in a very long time isn't ram supposed to be placed in slots 1,3 and 2,4 or has that changed?

It is just dual channel, so for max performance with 2 sticks you would always place in A1, B1 as you have. The bios wont really tell you much about your RAM perhaps being faulty. Download prime95 and run it for a couple of hours and see if anything errors. I still think its your GPU, and if its new might as well send it out for a replacement sooner rather than later.

I ran a 3d benchmark for an hour last night and no blue screens at all. I was playing 15 minutes of SWTOR and blue screened. I played SWTOR all day yesterday not one problem. Stop code 0x000000124.
