how can i download bluetooth driver for hp pavilion laptop os window 7

It is HP Pavilion dv6-2001au Entertainment.

The problem is I am not able to connect with my Xperia Neo through Blue tooth.

While trying to connect the I am getting the error with error code ox80004005,

Even tried to download from Broadcom, it is not able detect my bluetooth chipset asking contact the manufacturer.

first go to device manager
an upload image of it
then go to start
device and printer
and
upload image also

in devices and printers
right click on laptop image
choose Bluetooth setting
a window will appear
upload an image of it

try deleting the pairing between your pc and your xperia
delete it from devices and printers
and delete it from your mobile paired devices list
