This problem came suddenly. My screen turned off (as if it was not receiving any video) so i turned off the PC and on next restart i get the blue screen. Computer boots up fine, except i get some red dots and lines.
Then when the windows logo comes computer goes black and restarts again.
Safe Mode works fine. I have restored the OS to a previous state, rolled-back the video drivers, and uninstalled and reinstalled them again without any change.

Need some help please.

This is what shows.

Update your video drivers. If none are available, downgrade to the next most recent version. If the problem still occurs, replace your video card. If you are using an integrated video chip, replace the motherboard.

Yeah thanks for the reply. I had 2 cards running SLI and had a hunch it might be a bad video card. Switched to the secondary card and that solved the problem. So it was in fact a bad video card.

Now i hope i can get a replacement.
