I have i5 3570 3.4 . Actually , the problem is not constant , and i rarely face it , so i thought of asking to maybe have a solution to it .


You could try and reinstall the drivers for the card, it could just be an issue with them. But again at 8 years old that's an old card. Dying graphics card can do this when they are close to failing, or they can cause artifacts, or prevent booting etc. Basically dying GPUs can cause all sorts of issues.

You could try and rule out a hardware issue by removing the card, and running with integrated graphics but the error you posted leads me to believe there is in fact a hardware issue with the card.
