Bluescreen System_Service_Exception win32kbase.sys

Hello, I've been getting this type of BSOD while playing fallout 4 on windows 10. Happens random and when it happen it just freeze and didn't restart . I tried everything from memtest (all passed with no errors), did a viruts scan (with Norton Internet Security and Malwarebytes) and all clean. But now its just out of hand so I'm finally asking for help. I've attached my minidump file hope someone could help.

MSI: b75a-g43 gaming
CPU: I5-3470
Ram: 8gb Corsair Vengence
GPU: GV-N770OC-4GD
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120gb
HDD: WD 1TB Blue
PSU: FSP Epsilon 600W

Hi,

The problem may be caused by a driver problem. Do try doing a clean install of the graphics card driver, it has been a known issue with Windows 10 about BSOD related to the graphics card driver.

If no joy, might try a better PSU, yours is a 4 way 12 volt rail so power is split
