Question Bluescreen while installing Bluestacks

Hello, i am new to this website, didn't know where this could fit.

I recently had a bluescreen while installing BlueStacks 32-bit, i was too lazy to turn on virtualization so i opted for the 32 bit variant that was shown on the menu

i let the app download in the background until i suddenly recieved a blue screen.

was this bound to happen? is it the hardware that's having trouble or is it the OS?

As the message states, turn on Virtualization in BIOS and then see if the issue persists on your platform. What OS are you working with?

Speaking of platform, please mention the make and model of your motherboard. Please add the .dmp files for us to look through as well.
