but still i am getting these BSOD idk what to do anymore can anyone please help me with it ?
these BSOD are random sometimes it takes days to happen and sometimes it happens 2-3 times in one day
thanks

Crash at ntoskrnl is obvious sign of driver crash, ndis.sys is part of a LAN driver (I don't know which ones though), usually for a network interface controller. Uninstall the LAN drivers you are using and delete the driver. Then use drivers from a reputable source like Realtek. Or maybe driver updating software may do you good here. Also do some kind of malware scan, because ndis.sys is a popular file to exploit. I hope we can find a fix for you :)

yes i uninstalled the amd drivers and runned malware scan with malwarebytes and also reinstalled the network driver but its not helping 🙁 but i didn't tryed a new realtek i have one installed right now i will try that right now

Well i uninstalled the old realtek and looks like after restart windows downloaded one for himself should i uninstall the geforce HD audio driver ? and also uninstalled the lan driver again and windows found one for that too

I do not know what NIC you a re using, but some driver from Realtek's site should suffice. Likewise, you could install a program like Slimdrivers or Driver Booster to get signed drivers for most/all system devices. That's what I do at least. Anywho, after some research I saw that ndis.sys is also a system file in which Windows is somewhat dependent on for LAN activity. And as such, I would do a system scan with:

sfc /scannow

to see if the file is missing or corrupted. Some others suggest scanning for registry corruption. There is also a list of viable checks you can make here if you want to go through them. So far, the most successful solutions to ndis.sys BSODs are system file check and downloading a new copy of ndis.sys and planting the file in the system32\drivers folder. Hopefully you can find something that will ail your issue

actually before posting here i did a lot of research about this bluescreen and i even remember i did sfc /scannow too but i will do it again i did a lot of registry scans too i found no problem. i did thing you said and still waiting to see if i am going to get it again or not btw idk it happened after upgrade or it was there before but my southbridge is actually too hot( i barely can hold my hand on it) MB temp shows like 38c idk maybe its normal also my front panel audio is not working could be it btw audio front panel didnt worked before (installed right)

Thanks for help <3

The 0xd1 stop error can be caused by Eset Internet security. The crash thats crashing ndis.sys

I would also see if there are any updates for this Matrox Extio Function Upper Filter Driver the drivers are 4 yrs old

And update the drivers for this whatever it belongs to WinRing0x64.sys theyre 7 yrs old

I would also see if theres an update for this ASACPI.sys it's 6 yrs old. I think this is the Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility

I would also update this ElbyCDIO.sys it's 6 yrs old. It may belong to anydvd

Old drivers crash windows

So basically you are saying i would need a update windows right ? well i am gonna get windows 10 soon

Thanks for your help

i was wondering that , is there any hardware damage or so
