Question Bluetooth connection issue

Recently built my first ever pc but now I find out my Bluetooth keeps automatically disconnecting my devices (headphones, phone, controllers etc). Only the initial connection (when searching for device) is successful and even then, my headphones won’t have any audio and it will automatically disconnect after 15 seconds. Trying to reconnect doesn’t work and i would need to remove device and start over to successfully connect. I am using Intel wireless Bluetooth 5.3 and my mottherboard is MSI pro z790-p WiFi ddr4 which says it supports Bluetooth 5.3 and that it will be ready in windows 11, which I have. I have ran the windows troubleshooter, updated / reinstalled drivers, and reinstalled bluetooth all which didn’t work. Does anyone have experience or know what causes my issue of automatic Bluetooth device disconnet?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Try turning off/disabling all power savers.
