Question Bluetooth Earbuds (QCY T5) pairs to my bluetooth dongle but doesn't connect

I have bought QCY T5 bluetooth earbuds
i can pair it to pc but it doesn't connect! A green light blinks on the body of my earbud which shows that the earbud is ready to connected but isn't connected yet!
can someone please help?(if u look at the photo below, it says the QCY is connected but it doesn't! and also after like 1 sec it says paired (not connected) then after like 5 secs it says connected and again.... , so it's not connected at all because in sound window it always is showed as disconnected!)

Do you have a link for the BT dongle? Did it come paired with the BT headphones? Make and model of your motherboard and the BISO version you're on at the time of writing? You might want to also see what version for the OS you're on. Ideally you should be on version 21H1.

The dongle is a Card Reader and Bluetooth device. i attach a photo of it below. it is called Syioteam SY-695.
nope i bought it some years ago.
motherboard is asus b450m-a and bios is updated to latest ver 3002.
my windows is 10 pro build 19043.
