Hi All,

In my office laptop, i use a software (Amazon Chime) for calls, if i connect my JBL C105TWS, my audio and mic is not working. normally am able to hear music in internet/offline with rare sound stuttering. I tried all solutions like updating drivers, rolling back drivers, checking microphone privacy settings, restarting bluetooth services, disabling & enabling bluetooth in device manager. About an year ago the same laptop i had an issue of my volume being less while talking to others in Amazon Chime, after many consultations one IT guy updated the BIOS and it resolved the problem.

Does BIOS update can resolve this? or any other solutions appreciated

Laptop Spec:
-8GB RAM
-AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 3500U w/ Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx
-HP Elitebook 745 G6
-Win 10 21H1

Hey there,

If you go to 'Device Manager' and choose 'Sound, Video, and game controller' tab and open it up. Where it has your JBL hand free or telephony device, right click it and disable it. Restart your PC. Does it make any difference? Does the audio and mic come back? If it does it means you can't use the buds for phone calls, whilst connected to the PC. Same happens with my 120's. I don't know if it's a bug, but this is a workaround.

Nope, actually if i disable it, JBL is not even showing in the 'Speakers' option in taskbar near the time/date
