Bluetooth for pc

I need to use my android phone's Bluetooth as the Bluetooth of my pc

Is there usb adapter bluetooth 4.2 or 5.0 for PC? I can find only 4.0...

if you trying to access your phone on your computer
a) connect it with cable/usb and be done
b) get a usb/Bluetooth device and them you will be able to share documents
c) your desktop/laptop needs you to "synch" with it, goto Bluetooth (network button right click) and make it discoverable and synch it
