Most Bluetooth mechanical keyboards are of the 60% size category. The only full sized one I can think of, off of the top of my head, is the Logitech G613 though Romer G switches are not nice to type on in my opinion. Most other full-sized Bluetooth mechanical keyboards are bad quality or expensive.

The Anne Pro 2 by Obins is currently on sale on Amazon for $90 which is a pretty good deal. I know you want a full-sized mechanical keyboard, but you will eventually get used to the 60% layout.
