Bluetooth & MSI z170a gaming m5

Is there any sort of work-around to getting bluetooth on a motherboard that doesn't comes with said function? Or would I need to buy a new motherboard? I preordered the Audeze Mobius headphones and totally forgot my mobo doesn't comes with bluetooth 🙁

Will something like that interfere with a wireless mouse that has a USB receiver?

The mouse is probably using 5ghz wireless signal standard and not bluetooth. So no, but you should avoid plugging them into slots next to each other to minimize the chances.
