Question Bluetooth not detected

I bought an external Bluetooth adapter and there is no Bluetooth option found anywhere and there is no detection of it. Also when I replaced the motherboard it came with no drivers installed at all.

Specs:
I9 10850k
Gigabyte Z490 Vision G
Nvidia 3070 FE
32GB Ram

if you bought an 3rd party adapter. driver is from the 3rd party, not from the motherboard.

I bought the 3rd party adapter and I installed the 3rd party driver. Still didn't work

Check Device Manager to see if the device is listed?
Could be Bad Out of Box?

Bluetooth is literally not listed in Device manager.

It is a generic BT card and yeah it has drivers
