Bluetooth not working windows 7

I just bought an MSi CX41 a few days ago. It has a built-in bluetooth 4.0 according to the laptop seller, which is a verified MSi distributor. However, I've been trying the bluetooth since the day I got this and I can't figure out why it won't work. I made sure that the switch is on, I even checked the bluetooth settings, made it visible and I even read in the "hardware" tab that the device is working properly. But my laptop still can't recognize any of my bluetooth devices and vice versa. I can't find a time to pass by the shop, so I really need your help. 🙁 thank you so much. 😀
