I accidentally delete the Bluetooth peripheral device in my laptop then I can't connect my phone anymore to be able having a WiFi connection,so can I download that in my pihona nd transfer it to the laptop?V

If the driver is to enable the phone to connect to your laptop, download it from the phone maker's website.

Incidentally, Bluetooth is not the same as Wi-Fi.
