Question Bluetooth problem

Hello guys! I have lenovo XE66 Pro wireless bluetooth earphones but they they had big problem, they connect, play for 2 minutes and then the connection is lost and i have to restart them and then connect again, play for 2 minutes and shut down again, tried it on other devices, the same deal... Please help.

If you just bought these, I'd say this is a faulty unit and you should return it. If you've had it for a while but under a year (or however long the warranty is), you should file a warranty claim.

Actually i think the battery is eternaly dead cuz now they dont even turn on and when i put then to charge it gives the light for fully charged but i know they arent.

Yeah its a little under a year so i will try to find the stuff they had... I think the battery is completely dead since they now dont turn on and when i put them to charge the light is for completely charged wheile i know they arent.
