I have a Windows 10 laptop that will not play my Bluetooth speaker. The laptop tells me it is connected to speaker and speaker tells me it is in Bluetooth mode. I get sound through my laptop speakers. The laptop can coonect to my Bluetooth bridge which connects to my music system.
I can play the speaker from my iPhone's Bluetooth.
Any thoughts?

Make, model and SKU for your laptop?

my Bluetooth speaker
Make and model of your speakers?

In Sound Manager, is your default audio output device set tot he BlueTooth speakers?

Moved thread from Computer Peripherals section to Home Audio & Theater section.

Thanks for your interest . Before I go into laptop and speaker details I've noticed that when my bridge is connected my output device is shown as the bridge but when my speaker is connected the soiund output device is shown as Realtek and not my speaker and I can't add speaker as the output device. Ok got my speaker as the output device but still no sound. Ok, latest is speaker says 'connected voice' whereas it should say 'connected music'. How to fix?
