I am using Ryzen 5 5600G. I am using receiver to receive data from wireless keyboard.

I tried to update drive but still the same. Any way to fix this problem?

Solution
Many Bluetooth adapters don't need drivers. Have you tried uninstalling it and just letting Windows 11 install its own drivers?
Is the adapter compatible with Windows 11? There may be specific drivers you need to use.
Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Mind sharing the make and model of your wireless keyboard? Also, a PC isn't build with just a processor/APU, rather an amalgamation of parts. Please parse the specs to your entire build.
Here My system:

I am using keychorn keyboard and connected via receiver *
Keychorn K4 + receiver

Yesterday I was still using the keyboard normally. Because I want to use a dual monitor, I have to install AMD update on here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/...series-desktop-processors-radeon-graphics/amd
Now I have used a dual monitor but I get a problem with a Bluetooth failure. I check then get version 1.6.1015.3 for Realtek Bluetooth 5.0 adapter. Where can I find a higher version of the bluetooth drive? Or anyway to fix this problem?
Thanks

I think there is a conflict with the AMD drive because it only fails when I update windows. Thanks for the support
