[SOLVED] bluetoth ain't workin

my motherboard is the has a bluetooth and wifi chip the mother is msi x570 gaming edge
and some how out of a sadden bluetooth aint beeing detected but wi fi still works fine tried installing the bluetooth drivers(not in safe mode) again and still nothing happened

specs:
CPU : r9 5900x
motherbourd : x570 gaming edge
gpu: rx 6800xt FE
ram : 32 gigs 3600hz
psu: corsair RM850x
ssd: m.2 970 evo 500gb and some other storage
os: win10

didn't know if i should post this here or motherboard section but i wrecking its a windows problem

What version(not edition) of Windows 10 are you on? Have you tried uninstalling the device from Control Panel, then manually reinstalling your BT driver in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator? Does any device show up with a yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager? BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time?

okay found an undefined device removed it restarted the pc the bluetooth worked
