Blurry Display

I just did a new install, and installed the patch. I have an ASUS A7V333, with AMD Athlon XP 2000. My Graphics card is a PNY GEFORCE3 t200. I downloaded the last driver for the card (30.82). I also have a LG electronics Studioworks 995E 19" monitor. It looks great under 98se, but under XP it's real blurry. Any ideas on getting a better display? It set the I tried all the increasing the refresh rate. Didn't help much.
