Current PC Specs: Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti RAM 8.0 GB Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 16299), 64-bit
Monitor: ASUS VG248QE
When i first built this pc I installed windows 10 from a USB, everything worked fine except for videos and images were kind of blurry. Like the colors wont blend properly and you could see the speration of colors while watching the video on HD(It was harder to notice it on 4K) But while playing games, i was able to get 144hz and had no issues with the images ingame. I ignored the problem because i only got this PC for playinig games.
After a year or two i factory reseted my pc and I installed an older version of windows 10 (2012) version. THen i noticed that 4K and HD videos didnt look blurry, so I assumed i did something wrong installing windows 10 before. But later i had to update my windows to a newer version windows 10 (2012), and i got the same problem again with the videos and images everything was back to being blurry again.
All my drivers are including my monitor and NVIDIA is updated. I am pretty sure all my cables are plugged in right and i am using a DVI cable for my monitor, I tried looking up the problem but cant seem to find any solution.
