Question BO6 AND MW3 Stuttering

I have no idea why i have so much stuttering in these two games and i know its not becaues of graphics setings as i have everything on low can someone help me maybe over discord its so annoying ..
my computer is KATANA 17 B12V gaming laptop .. i suspect its because its a laptop.

there are many laptops available with high-end hardware that will run as well as most high-end desktops.
the fact that it is a laptop has nothing to do with it, just the components it includes and if they can handle the task at hand.

do you not keep a link available to the manufacturer support pages to keep up-to-date drivers and utilities for this system?

if not, you need to in order to keep up with performance updates and/or available fixes through drivers and BIOS.
