Question Severe stuttering in BO6 and MW3 ?

Laptop: MSI KATANA 17 B12V Gaming Laptop

I have no idea why i have so much stuttering in these two games and i know its not because of in-game settings as I have everything on low. Can someone help me maybe over discord its so annoying.
I suspect it's because it's a laptop.

there are many laptops available with high-end hardware that will run as well as most high-end desktops.
the fact that it is a laptop has nothing to do with it, just the components it includes and if they can handle the task at hand.

if not, you need to in order to keep up with performance updates and/or available fixes through drivers and BIOS.

Which GPU does it have?
There is a huge performance difference between the RTX 4050 model and the RTX 4070 model.
