Board for Athlon II X2

I've been looking at the Athlon II X2 as a possible processor option.

Anyway I notice that it says Hyper Transports 4000MHz but when a look at the socket AM3 board they all have something around 2600MHz Hyper Transport. Are those two values connected and do they need to match. Whats a decent board for this Athlon II X2 for under 100$

that is 4000mhz max the HT can go up to 4000mhz but u can always OC it
