Question to Bob Church the "Joystick Guru" or anyone else with the answer.

I am upgrading my system and will be going to a new mainboard WITHOUT game
port 🙁

Just don't have em anymore!

I am presently using a TM Cougar with my CH Pro Pedals plugged into the game
port and using the separate CH Rudder drivers.

I own one of the little Radio Shack gameport to USB adaptors.

Tried to plug the CH Pro's into it and it seems to work ok, but I can't
figure out how in the world to calibrate it.

CH driver has a "Click" button on the cal utility that allows for
calibrating without a joystick button, but when I plug the USB adaptor in it
wants a stick button input to save each calibration setting.

Upgrade to CH USB pedals just not in the budget right now.

Any way to get around this and still use my old rudders?

(I know I can plug the rudders into the Cougar but that is just not
practical because of my "Flight Chair" setup. Too long cables required)

Thanks in advance

I tried the Radio Shack USB converter, it didn't work for me. I have my CH
Pro Pedals plugged into CH F-16 Fighterstick(gameport) in order to use them
with my Saitek X45(USB). Had to switch to this setup when I upgraded to Win
XP.
