I don't know about cjfl but I want to put attach a Linksys high-gain antenna to my linksys to boost my wireless. I also have a linksys E2000.

Never say never... see the link below to the DD-WRT wiki that has instructions on how to mod your E2000 to attach external antennas...

About to mod my E2000 as I am tired of the lame internal antenna. EBay has the RP-SMA pigtails and the external antennas...
