Question Boot and BIOS display corruption issue ?

Don't know why but every time I boot up my pc it looks like this. When I go into the bios it basically does the same thing, however the bios is still fully operative with the keyboard, I see things moving when pressing different keys, but you just can't see what you're doing. Seems to be some kind of integrated video graphics issue but I'm ignorant to the in depth technicalities. Is there any way I might be able to fix this?

PC4-24000 DDR4 3000 MHz NON ECC Desktop Ram AX4U300038G16-BWZ This is not sold retail, thinking this model of ram stick was manufactured specifically for their prebuilt pc, got my extra ram from Ebay to match my sticks and works just fine.

oof.. seems like a bios corruption there.. either the bios from pc, or the bios from gpu, also 5800X got no igpu. Have you tried using another gpu?

It's definitely the bios, the computer runs past the bios and boots up windows with no problems. It seems that the problem is strictly visual when displaying the opening logo and going into bios
