ive been having some issues with my recent build. im using windows 10 pro, AMD fx6300 cpu, 120gb ssd, 1tb hyrbid drive.

The OS is installed on the SSD, and pretty much everything else i put on the hybrid drive.

If i shut the computer down, then go to turn it back on, it will get to the black screen with the windows logo, the little balls that go in a circle under the windows logo will freeze, and the computer will stop there. occasionally it will get to the blue please wait screen then do the same thing. my computer was making noises like programs were starting and the cursor with have the loading symbol next to it but it will not go further.

does anyone have any ideas on what my issue may be

Windows 10 isn't compatible with your graphic card yet, so you have to use your CPU's display card to fix it first.
Boot into your BIOS > Initial Display Output, Switch it to IGFX
Shutdown your computer, please use a display cable and connect it from your motherboard, instead of the graphics card to your screen, it might be able to fix the boot up freeze. (please do remain your graphic card inside the slot)
Go to download your graphics card driver from the web with is compatible with windows 10.
Installed the drivers, shut down your computer
> BIOS > Initial Display Output > Switch it back to your Graphic card's slots
Get the display back linked to your graphic cards.
Boot up and It should be working fine.

UPDATE/EDIT : Nvidia's driver http://www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx
AMD's driver http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
For AMD : (manually select your graphics driver , auto detect might not work )

i will try, but i believe all the drivers are up to date. and i stupidly forgot to mention that it will boot fine if i reset it using the power button. meaning hold it for 10 seconds and it shuts off, the hold it till it comes on and then shuts off, the press it and it will boot fine

Yes your drivers are up to date, but do the drivers are compatible with windows 10 ?
EDIT : go search your driver on the internet which has a windows 10 version for it.

i did, it reinstalled Geforce experience, however it will not let me access my bios. ive tried all of the buttons on startup, the only thing i can get is the windows repair screen, but the bios will not come up.
