Boot and Select proper Boot device

I just built my custom built computer. On boot up this occurs. Can somebody help me. I am currently trying to install windows threw USB But no hope. Please somebody help me. Also can you maybe explain why this occurs.

That's the normal message if you don't have an operationg system installed. Goto your biso and select a proper boot order. I recommend the hdd or ssd you want to install windows to as the first boot device and USB as the second.

I try to launch it but the problem is it just come up with the same thing after i quit the bios.

So you usb stick might not be bootable. Did you use the M$ utility to write the iso file to it?
