Boot Disc or Make Boot ISO?

I'm trying to burn Win8 Files onto a plain DVD, but I don't know which to select?
Boot Disc or Make Boot ISO? What's the difference?

You want Boot Disc for you purposes.

An ISO image is an archive file of an optical disc.
