Whenever I try to make my SSD my boot drive I get a system thread exception not handled BSOD, which is strange because up until recent hardware changes it worked as my boot drive for months. The components I changed are my CPU, CPU cooler, RAM, and motherboard.

You changed the whole system, and are trying to use your original drive with the old OS?
And it's failing?

Yes, that usually happens.
You need to do a full wipe and reinstall.

I’m completely new to this and didn’t know that’d occur, thank you for the help.
