[SOLVED] Boot Error Help

I have just built my new PC with my old hard drive which has windows 10 on it. But when trying to boot up my PC, i keep getting taken to the BIOS. Inside the BIOS i can see all of my hard drives & the new one i installed which was a M.2.

When looking at the motherboard i am notcing a Yellow Green light which stands for "Boot Up Error". I have no idea how to solve this as the hard drive should just boot straight to windows right?

Intel I7 10700k
Asus TUF Z490 Plus

well no actually you have to tell a PC what boot order you want to set if you select the drive with windows on it you should be fine in settings boot order then the drive.
